Fees & Transparency

We believe in complete transparency about how we are compensated. No hidden fees, no commissions, no conflicts of interest.

Transparent, Fair, and Aligned With Your Interests

At Virex Wealth Management, we believe that fee transparency is a fundamental component of our fiduciary obligation to clients. We do not accept commissions, rebates, or other third-party payments that could create conflicts of interest. Our fees are disclosed in full before any engagement commences, and we provide detailed fee reporting in every client statement.

Our fee structures are designed to align our interests with yours. Where we charge fees based on assets under management, our revenue grows when your portfolio grows — creating a direct alignment between our success and yours. We do not charge performance fees that could incentivise excessive risk-taking.

Our Fee Commitment

We will always disclose all fees in writing before commencing any service. We will never charge a fee that has not been agreed in advance. We will provide a detailed fee breakdown in every client statement. We do not accept commissions or third-party payments.
